DC-DC Converter, 2'' x 1'' size, 4:1 Wide Input Range, 6PIN DIL Package, Single & Dual Regulated Output For Railway and Industry equipment
3KV isolation voltage 20 watt DC to DC power converter with 4:1 wide input voltage range. It is available in DIL package and is a power conversion for railway application. The 98DW20-R3 series is certified to the railway application standard EN 50155. The packaging material conforms to the UL94V-0 specification. The operating environment temperature ranges is from -40°C to +87°C and the efficiency is up to 89%. The product is tested by 100% high temperature pre-burning before shipment.
