1 watt DC to DC power converter with 1KV isolation voltage 22D series is available in 14 pin DIL package. The operating ambient temperature is from -40°C to +85°C, and the efficiency is up to 85%. This series is an unregulated output type product, and the internal is SMD construction. It has industry standard pins and no external components required.
